Jenny is an attorney at Simmons Hanley Conroy in Alton, Illinois. She focuses her practice on consumer class action lawsuits, advocating for people who have been wronged in product liability, consumer fraud, and data privacy cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenny represented clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel, the Honorable Mark A. Beatty, and the Honorable Clifford J. Proud in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Jenny received a B.A. in English from Ohio State University in 2014. She received her J.D. and MBA from Southern Illinois University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and first in her class.
From 2016-17, Jenny was managing editor of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal. She received the Outstanding 2L Comment Award, the Outstanding Service Award, and the CALI Award for the highest grade in numerous law classes.
