JUSTICE FOR ALL

The Illinois Equal Justice Foundation funds civil legal aid programs across
the state, ensuring that all residents have equal access to the justice system.

These programs build stronger communities and a stronger Illinois.

Thank You for Your Advocacy

Thank you for letting your state legislators know just how vital civil legal aid funding is.

Your advocacy efforts paid off as $1.4 M in funding for the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation was included in the state budget. The IL Armed Forces Legal Aid Network was included in the budget at $1.4 M as well.  A particular thanks to all of the grantees who joined the IEJF in Springfield for meetings with legislators and key staff.
