Monica serves as Senior Global Compliance Leader – AI & Data for GE Healthcare. Prior to this role, she spent more than a decade at KMPG overseeing ethics and compliance and forensic services.
Monica has extensive global experience in compliance transformations, risk assessments, and fraud and misconduct investigations, with a focus on FCPA and Anti-Bribery and Corruption, conducted in the U.S. and internationally across Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa.
On the philanthropic side, Monica has served as a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Board of the Big Shoulders Fund since 2007.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania and her Masters, Trade and Business Law from Nicolae Titulescu University Law School in Romania.
