Kenneth serves as Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain Due Diligence at Abbott Laboratories. In this role, he is responsible for administering and developing the company’s supply chain due diligence program, human rights programs, and other Environmental, Social, and Governance matters. Prior to joining Abbott, Kenneth was Corporate Counsel at Baxter International where he served as the legal subject matter expert regarding U.S. foreign trade controls and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Doctor of Law (Cum Laude)  from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

In his spare time, Kenneth enjoys giving back by representing veterans on a pro bono basis before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, as a Board Member of the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation (IEJF), and as a committee member of the Illinois Access to Civil Justice Council of the Illinois Armed Forces Legal Aid Network (IL-AFLAN).
