Kenneth serves as Corporate Counsel, Trade Compliance and Third Party at Baxter International Inc.  In this role, he is responsible for administering and developing the company’s trade compliance program, policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Baxter, Kenneth was Counsel at Abbott where he served as the legal subject matter expert regarding U.S. foreign trade controls. He also worked as an International Trade and Regulatory attorney for Ingredion Incorporated.

Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Doctor of Law from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

In his spare time, Kenneth enjoys giving back by representing veterans on a pro bono basis before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, as a Board Member of Girls, Inc. of Chicago, and as a committee member of the Illinois Access to Civil Justice Council of the Illinois Armed Forces Legal Aid Network (IL-AFLAN).
