Hal Oakley focuses his practice on corporate and other business law including transactional healthcare law. He is engaged in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and business segments, the creation of joint ventures, the development of contractual relationships among business parties, and advising on corporate governance. As an outgrowth of his business practice, which began with a large St. Louis law firm in 1993, Oakley is also engaged in estate planning, including business and wealth succession planning, for many individual clients. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, Iowa and Colorado.
